Jarosław Lipiński

Jarosław Lipiński has been appointed CEO. Cemat (previously known as Topsil Semiconductor Materials) is a Danish listed holding company, whose activities are the operation, development and sales of the Polish property company CeMat ’70 in Warsaw. It is the objectives of CeMat ‘70 to prepare the company’s assets for a divestment and sell them off. CeMat ‘70 owns 133,000 sqm of land and 41,000 sqm buildings on the outskirts of Warsaw around 8 km from the centre in the city’s Bielany district. The land held by CeMat ‘70 is classified for industrial purposes and the company is working to reclassify it to residential and retail use. Jarosław holds a master of law degree and holds an MBA from the, Warsaw School of Economics. Over the last 18 years, he has gained wide experience within the real estate industry and has held executive positions with a number of international companies with TK Development where he has worked for the last ten years in the position of leasing director.
