Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz

Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz has been appointed head of operations for asset services. She is a member of RICS and has many years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on the office and warehouse sectors. She manages a 39-strong team and more than 1.4 mln sqm of commercial space across Poland. She works closely with international funds as well as private investors and developers. Following the merger of DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield, she was responsible for the reorganisation of the asset services division. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield she spent twelve years as a researcher and lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. For many years, Zuzanna has been actively involved in promoting sustainability in the real estate industry and is a highly-regarded expert in the field.
