Daniel Cateliu

Daniel Cateliu has been appointed as tge leasing and development manager. He will be responsible for finding new tenants for P3 Bucharest A1 park, the largest logistics park in Romania, as well as for P3 Bucharest NW Ring Road park, where P3 is to build a new 80,000 sqm logistic park. Previously, Daniel spent five years with CBRE, where he was a senior adviser. Over that period, he was responsible for industrial leasing, land transactions, and contract negotiations as well as for preparing real estate market analyses, evaluations, and market studies. Prior to CBRE, he worked as a financial consultant at Allianz Tiriac Asigurari. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies.
