Ian Currie

Ian Currie has been appointed director in the private capital markets team. In this newly created role he will support the management and growth of the company’s EMEA-based client relationships across global real estate equity and real estate debt funds, working closely with other company affiliates and Mitsubishi Estate’s global marketing team. Most recently Ian was involved in capital raising at Nuveen Real Estate (formerly known as TH Real Estate), where he worked with leading institutional investors in their cross-border real estate equity and debt investments in Europe, Asia and the US. He has also worked for the Grosvenor Group where he gained hes real estate experience in investment management and subsequently qualified as a commercial chartered surveyor. He holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge.
