Tony Edgley

Tony Edgley has replaced Hugh Ellingham as non-executive chairman. He brings over 40 years of UK and international real estate experience to M7 and joins after almost eight years as a partner at Brockton Capital, where he was responsible for originating and leading app. 2.25 bln gross of multi-sector transactions through the full life cycle of acquisition, re-development, asset management, through to sale. Prior to Brockton Capital, Tony spent over ten years as the managing director of Jones Lang La Salle Corporate Finance, advising global clients across a range of disciplines including equity raising, fund construction, M&A, joint venture partnerships and debt advisory.

Hugh Ellingham has taken up an executive role with M7 group as CEO of the newly formed M7 Developments.
