Marcin Lewiński

Marcin Lewiński has joined as associate director in the land department and will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and investment land as well as maintaining relations with investors. He has over 18 years of experience in the real estate market. Before joining Colliers, he was employed as the expansion director at Budimex Nieruchomości. Between 2007 and 2014, he was the director of the property department at Marvipol, where he was responsible for sales and acquisitions, ongoing relationships with tenants and preparation of investment sites for development. Having worked in the property management office of the City of Warsaw, and as a lawyer in a notary office, Marcin has gained valuable knowledge of the rules and regulations applicable to the real estate market, as well as the procurement procedures of administrative bodies.
