Erik Lennhammar

Erik Lennhammar has been appointed chief development officer and member of the corporate management committee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the KHT Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm Sweden and will take up his position in August. Erik will be responsible for property developments in all Citycon countries. He has extensive property development experience in the Nordic region and joins the company from the position of senior portfolio manager of Nuveen Real Estate, one of the largest investment managers in the world, where he was responsible for asset management in the Nordic region. He has also held a number of senior management positions for various real estate companies in Sweden such as Steen&Ström and NCC.
