Tomasz Marsz

Tomasz Marsz has joined the company as corporate clients director. He will be responsible for corporate client relations, investment advisory and combined service provision. He has 15 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector, having started his career in the real estate sector representing foreign investors from Spain, Denmark and Switzerland, for whom he provided services that included land acquisition and valuation, permit application as well as development and disposal of assets. Prior to joining the company, he managed the office department at BSC Real Estate Advisors (formerly Sharman Church). He has represented such clients as Burda Media, Copernicus Science Centre, McCormick, WilsonHCG and Squire Patton Boggs. He graduated from the University of Gdansk and holds a broker’s license as well as a CCIM certificate.
