Stephen Cahoon

Stephen Cahoon has been promoted to head of asset management and will be be responsible for providing strategic leadership to Cromwell’s asset management teams across Europe. Having joined Cromwell Property Group in 2011, He has proven experience and knowledge within the real estate sector, having previously held a lead role in the CEREIT team which successfully prepared the platform for its EUR 1.3 bln IPO in 2017. Prior to his role as co-head of UK, he held the position of head of asset management for the UK. Stephen holds a degree in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University.
