Grzegorz Skowroński

Grzegorz Skowroński has been promoted to partner in the company’s Warsaw office. He joined the company’s Polish real estate and construction team at the end of 2015. Before his promotion, he held the position of counsel, advising clients on the entire property development process, from the planning and construction stages to the eventual sales contracts . He has extensive experience with real estate M&A transactions and development deals, as well as withjoint ventures, leases and general construction contracts. Grzegorz has acted as the lead lawyer and direct point of contact in several top real estate transactions in Poland in recent years. He provides legal advice on a regular basis to clients that include Goldman Sachs, Savills Investment Management, Cromwell Property Group, BaseCamp, 7R, 6b47 and Linkcity. He is also responsible for managing a number of strategic real estate projects for prominent investment banks in Poland.
