Mateusz Wosiek

Mateusz Wosiek has been promoted to counsel. He is a lawyer who specialises in transactional real estate law, as well as administrative regulations governing development. For nearly ten years, he has advised real estate investors on acquisitions, sales, leasebacks, JV transactions and the management and commercialisation of commercial real estate, including office buildings, warehouse and logistics centres, malls and hotels in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe.

He has extensive experience in preparing and overseeing complex development projects, especially for clients from the logistics, industrial and renewable energy sectors. His also has experience of advising on the management of real estate projects including negotiating lease and operating agreements. Mateusz has been employed by CMS since 2010. He completed his legal studies as well as a postgraduate course in real estate trading at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
