Marcin Purgal

Marcin Purgal has been appointed senior director of investment advisory. He has previously worked for such consultancies as Savills and also Knight Frank, where most recently he served as director of capital markets. Over a period of many years he has been responsible for a number of transactions including Retro Office House in Wrocław, Silesia Star in Katowice, and Maraton in Poznań. He has worked with clients including Globalworth, Hines, CPI Group, Union Investment, Skanska and Develia and the total value ogf the deals he has closed comes to Eur 1.5 bln. At Avison Young, he will be responsible for overseeing the investment advisory team for the sales and acquisitions of commercial properties as well as for maintaining relations with clients and seeking new investment opportunities. Marcin is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
