Nicola Gillen

Nicola Gillen has been appointed to the newly created position of head of total workplace. An architect by training, she specialises in advancing workplace strategies as well as design and change management. She joins Cushman & Wakefield from AECOM, where for the past 20 years she has advised companies such as Rolls-Royce, BP and The Esteé Lauder.

Based in London, Nicola will work closely with Despina Katsikakis, the head of occupier business performance, who is responsible for aligning all of Cushman & Wakefield’s workplace related services for both occupiers and investors.
