Katarzyna Bartos-Pońska

Katarzyna Bartos-Pońska has been promoted to associate. She is responsible for property valuations across multiple sec tors and has more than ten years’ experience in commercial real estate having worked for both Polish and overseas companies. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as a property valuer. Previously, she had worked for Ernst & Young Real Estate Advisory with responsibility for valuation, market analyses, feasibility studies and advisory projects to optimise real estate portfolios. Katarzyna completed a postgraduate course in real estate valuation at the Warsaw School of International Trade and Finance, having originally graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.
