Monika Wakulska

Monika Wakulska has been appointed associate director of office agency for the landlord representation team. She will be responsible for leasing properties owned by Deka Immobilien (North Gate and International Bussines Center A and B) and by Cromwell Property Group (Signum Work Station and Innova Work Station B and C). She has 13 years of commercial real estate experience and is a licenced property manager. Prior to joining Savills, she spent five years at BNP Paribas Real Estate. During her professional career, Monika has advised both landlords (including AEW Europe, GTC and VIG Fund) and tenants (including Danone Group, Gemius SA, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Pernod Ricard).
