Martin Lakomý

Martin Lakomý has been appointed as a senior associate. He speicalises in construction management for cinemas, offices, detached houses and malls. From 2015, Martin spent over three years employed as a property coordinator by Cinema City in Prague. Later he was appointed the technical manager of the Nový Smíchov shopping centre. Among Martin’s achievements was finalising the negotiations that led to the granting of a building permit for the terrace of the mallcentre, an investment that had been blocked for 18 years.
