Michał Ptaszyński has been promoted to the position of head of CEE asset management at Logicor. He will be responsible, among other tasks, for complex consultancy in the area of developing and implementing property level strategies to enhance asset values that meet the investment objectives of Logicor's portfolio in the CEE region. Michał has worked in the commercial real estate sector since the start of his professional career, more than 20 years ago. He has been employed by Logicor since early 2018 as senior asset manager in the company’s Warsaw office. His duties have included: the implementation of budget strategies, acquiring new tenants and negotiating lease agreements in facilities within the Logicor CEE portfolio. Prior to this, he was employed by Prologis for six years as the director of the land and development department. He has also held managerial positions at Gdańsk-based developer Torus and at the Pomerania Development Agency. Michał graduated in geodesic and geospatial engineering from the Academy of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. He holds a professional CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) licence in real estate management.
