Petra Machartová, the new corporate marketing manager, will work on the business unit level, cooperating closely with corporate communications as well as with the project marketing and communications teams in order to increase the profile of projects, generate interest in them, and build and maintain brand loyalty. Her main responsibilities in this role will be to create new marketing tools and utilise existing ones to support the key client and customer care programmes, as well as divestment events and materials. She will be responsible for the promotion of Skanska’s commercial development unit portfolio to key clients and main target groups.

Petra joined Skanska Property Czech Republic in 2012 and three years later was appointed marketing and communication coordinator. Since then she managed to successfully carry out the marketing and brand strategy for five commercial projects in Prague and support Skanska’s commercial development unit in the Nordics in developing its innovation strategy and supporting its innovation culture in her assignment in Stockholm.
