Ronny Pecik

Ronny Pecik has been appointed to the executive board for three years and to the position of CEO of Austrian real estate group Immofinanz, starting May 4th.

He replaces Oliver Schumy, who stepped down in March, when Immofinanz insisted that the termination of his contract was down to personal reasons and “not related to the position of the company or possible effects of the covid-19 crisis on the business of Immofinanz.”

“Ronny Pecik is a leading entrepreneur and his many years of experience in executive and supervisory board positions will effect a special strengthening of the executive board in challenging times like these. Furthermore, there is also a strong entrepreneurial responsibility grounded in his significant stake in Immofinanz," says Michael Knap, the chairman of the supervisory board of Immofinanz.

The executive board of the Austrian developer therefore now consists of Ronny Pecik (CEO), Dietmar Reindl (COO) and Stefan Schönauer (CFO).
