Matthew Lunt

Matthew Lunt has joined CA Immo as head of asset management for Austria and the CEE region. He has taken on responsibility for all the company’s asset management activities in those countries, including leasing, tenant relations and the comprehensive management of the investment portfolio valued at around EUR 2.6 bln.

Matt has more than 25 years’ experience in the CEE real estate markets, with a primary focus on asset management. Most recently he was employed by London-based Tristan Capital Partners, where as executive director he was responsible for all asset management activities across the CEE and Nordic markets, as well as new deal sourcing across the CEE region. Prior to that, he was senior vice-president of Heitman European Private Equity, responsible for portfolio management mainly in the CEE region.
