Michał Ulasiński

Michał Ulasiński has joined the warehouse and industrial developer as the head of architecture.

He will lead a team of architects focused on designs and their implementation that will improve the comfort of a building’s users. These will also take into account the integration of 7R’s projects in their respective surroundings areas as well as the environmental impact these buildings may have.

We have a long track record of working closely with tenants right from the early stages of designing their industrial and warehouse space. Thanks to our in-house architecture department, we can look at the specific needs of the business they run and how best to fit the building to a particular type of operations. Michał’s appointment will further strengthen our team. He will be responsible for the development of 7R’s design offer, which distinguishes us from the competition on the logistics real estate market and storage sector. Michał's long and varied experience will undoubtedly contribute to the development of new solutions that will be attractive to our tenants.

Michał has more than twenty years of experience in designing office, retail, and residential buildings as well as hotels and medical facilities. Before joining 7R, he was the head of design & build for Cushman & Wakefield in Poland. He is a graduate of the faculty of architecture and urban planning at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
