Jarosław Smoderek

Jarosław Smoderek has joined Savills office agency of as a consultant. He will serve as a senior transaction manager in the tenant representation team with the responsibility of delivering comprehensive consultancy services to companies looking for modern office space. He will also assist tenants in the subleasing office space.

Jarosław has worked in real estate for almost a decade. He began his professional journey at Home Broker, where he was several times advisor of the year for the largest number of transaction completions. He continued his career in the Polish branch of Sotheby’s International Realty and later was employed by CBRE for almost three years. He has advised on lease transactions for almost 70,000 sqm. His clients have included Orange, Roche Diagnostics, Devire, Lexmark, Motorola Solutions, Triumph, Syngenta and BP.
