Iryna Pylypchuk

Iryna Pylypchuk has joined the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) as director of research and market information.

She replaces Henri Vuong, who is leaving INREV at the end of September after six years in the position.

Iryna has almost two decades of investment research experience, having joined the company from Fidelity International, where she spent over four years as a senior market analyst for the core European and UK markets. Prior to this, she spent over a decade at CBRE, as the EMEA research director and then global research director.

At INREV she will be responsible for maintaining the quality and delivery of the association’s research and market insights, with the main objective of increasing transparency for investors across Europe and globally. She will also play an important role in enhancing INREV’s digital infrastructure to improve members’ access to research and market insights.
