Joanna Plaisant

Joanna Plaisant has joined the company as strategic partnership and sustainability associate director. She will focus on the development of the company’s B2B business and its cooperation with foreign investors and entities from the public sector. She will also develop and promote Arcadis’ sustainable development services. Joanna is a lawyer, a mediator and a broker with international, fourteen years of experience gained in organisations related to the real estate market and franchise companies. She started her career in Greece, where she was responsible for the expansion of an FMCG company into other European markets. After returning to Poland, she joined RE/MAX, where she rose to the position of CEO. For the last eight years, she was the country manager of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She graduated in law from UKSW in Warsaw. She is also a graduate of Studium Generale Europa – the Institute of Political Science and Administration at UKSW. After receiving her master’s degree, she moved to Berlin, where she obtained an LLM international master’s degree in law at Humboldt University.
