Jiří Kristek

Jiří Kristek has been appointed head of industrial and retail warehousing. Jiří has been with the company since 2000 since when he has built an expert retail warehouse agency and advisory team, which also covers the related sale of land and buildings. He has been involved in the lease of more than 200,000 sqm in retail parks and in the sale of more than 2 mln sqm of land and buildings. During his 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield, he has worked with major international developers, investors and occupiers as well as with leading local companies. In his new role will focus primarily on streamlining the services
