Maciej Plichta

Maciej Plichta has taken up the position of new technology solutions manager in the advisory’s Warsaw office. His duties will include supporting the company and its clients in advising on new technological systems, as well as presenting and implementing specific solutions. Maciej will also manage the proptech innovations offered by Colliers, including its Office App and the Colliers Mobility Pass platform for workplace booking in coworking space. Maciej is an innovation and startup investments professional with over ten years of experience in venture capital, business development and advisory across a diversified project portfolio. During his work at Innogy Innovation Hub, his core field of interest was proptech and constech. As a venture capital investor, Maciej has been sourcing technology startups and executing investment deals. In addition, he has been an active member of the CEE tech scene and startup ecosystem, a mentor in global and regional acceleration programmes, and member of the jury in numerous startup contests. Maciej graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and banking. He is a CFA Charterholder and is also an active member of the CFA Society Poland.
