Wioletta Bodnaruś

Wioletta Bodnaruś has joined as the manager of the reporting department. In her new position, she will be responsible for the precise and efficient work of the department, which regularly prepares reports and budget forecasts for the owners of facilities managed by Apsys Polska. Her tasks will also include the assessing and improving existing procedures. As an experienced specialist, she will provide substantive support to other employees of the department and the teams involved in property management. Wioletta has more than fifteen years of professional experience and has worked for commercial property companies from almost from the very beginning of her career. Recently, she was employed by MVGM (formerly JLL) and Colliers International, where as associate director in the property management department she supervised the financial aspects of managing portfolios of office, warehouse and retail properties. She has worked directly with Allianz, UBS, Tristan Capital Partners, Patrizia, Griffin Real Estate and TFI PZU. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Łódź.
