Paweł Dębowski

Paweł Dębowski is to join Cornerstone Partners as managing partner at the beginning of next year. He will supervise all issues related to the fund’s investments and management.

Paweł, who has over 30 years of expertise, joins the company from Dentons, where he has been employed for the last ten years and served as chairman of the real estate group for Europe. He started his career at Arthur Andersen and has advised institutional clients and major international companies, including investors, developers, lenders, and construction companies, operating in the CEE region and Western Europe. He was also chairman of the management board of GTC, where he was responsible for projects across the region. These included the first commercial office development in Serbia, institutional developments and sales in Romania, the development of the second phase of Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw and of Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków. In recent years, as part of Dentons' team, he has supervised and strategically advised on transactions with a total annual value of more than EUR 2 bln.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
