Dimitris Raptis

has been appointed sole CEO of the group. He has been the co-CEO since March 2020. Dimitris has 25 years of experience in the financial services and real estate sectors. He joined the group when it was founded in 2012 as deputy CEO and chief investment officer. In this role, he has been involved in most of the company’s activities, with primary responsibility for its investment and capital raising initiatives and – since 2017 – its Polish business. During this period, he has overseen acquisitions and developments worth EUR 2.7 bln. Before joining Globalworth, he spent 16 years at Deutsche Bank, mostly as a senior member of the real estate investment management group of its asset and wealth management division. He gained a first class (hons) BSc in banking and international finance from the Cass Business School in London.
