Savaş Gencer

has been appointed investment director. He has joined the investment team led by Christopher Zeuner and will be responsible for capital raising activities and 7R’s international expansion into new European markets.

He has over ten years’ experience in private equity real estate investment. Prior to joining 7R, he was vice-president of Amstar, where he was responsible for the company’s investment and asset management activities in the CEE region and Turkey. His asset management experience in international markets includes the completion of transactions worth EUR 1 bln, including sales of such residential and retail investments in Poland as the luxury high-rise residential tower Złota 44 in Warsaw and the Novum residential project in Kraków.

Savaş is a member of Urban Land Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from METU and an MBA from the Sabancı University.
