Tomek Andryszczyk

has been made a partner of Square, the company he founded with Daniel Kuczaj – the founder and CEO of Frankfurt-based proptech company Roomhero.

As of January 15th, Tomek will be responsible for the strategic and transaction advisory for institutional investors, family offices and HNWI clients. He will also be in charge of the company‘s own residential investments. Previously, he was a press spokesman for the City of Warsaw, and later advised leading real estate developers in the fields of public affairs and project management.

Square is a newly-founded company that aims to be a leading residential impact investor and advisor. It will focus mainly on the PRS and the alternative assets markets.

Currently, the company is working on its first residential venture together with the BBGK architectural studio, which it plans to reveal the details of in Q2 2021.
