Alexander Rafajlovič

has joined the company as the head of market research and data analytics. Based in Prague, he will be responsible for coordinating, structuring and analysing all macro and market related data across the region, as well as tracking, analysing and interpreting trends affecting the business, both for future investment and development opportunities as well as the existing portfolio. His team will also lead the expansion and enhancement of CA Immo’s analytical tools.

Alexander has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate sector. Most recently he was a partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s CEE capital markets team in Prague, where he had a leading role in portfolio and single asset transactions with a total volume of EUR 2.7 bln. Prior to this he was head of research (from 2007 to 2012) for the Czech Republic at the consultancy.
