Lucas Kester

Lucas Kester has been appointed investment surveyor and will support the acquisition and management of logistics assets and purpose-built student accommodation across Europe. He will be based in London and will report to investment director Daniel Bumpstead.

Lucas joins Kajima Properties from Primary Health Properties. Prior to that, he worked for Octopus Group as an investment surveyor acquiring healthcare assets. He is a chartered surveyor and additionally holds a BSc degree in real estate investment and finance from the University of Reading.
