Artur Pakuła

Artur Pakuła has been appointed head of project and development services. He will be responsible for liaising with clients and furthering the company’s project management and technical advisory services. He will focus on technological innovation and environmental sustainability. Artur previously held the position of head of project management and consultancy at CBRE. He has also worked as an independent external consultant, working with international clients, commercial developers, global financial institutions, investment funds, corporate tenants and individual investors. He also has experience of modernisation and conversion projects as well as working with conservation officers. Artur graduated from the Szczecin University of Technology in construction and architecture, as well as from the Hanze University of Technology in the Netherlands. He has also completed postgraduate courses in property and project management and is a licensed property manager and real estate advisor.
