Agnieszka Kołat

has been appointed to the position of executive director of the retail investment team. She will be responsible for strategy and the development of JLL’s retail investment business in Poland.

Agnieszka is an expert in her field with almost 20 years’’ experience in the CEE real estate market. She specialises in providing strategic advisory on both sales and acquisitions across all retail asset classes. During her career she has advised investors on transactions worth over EUR 7.4 bln, including for such flagship retail projects as Silesia City Centre and Galeria Katowicka (both Katowice), Riviera (Gdynia), Galeria Dominikańska (Wrocław), Manufaktura (Łódź), Olimpia Brno, Mall of Sofia and Allee (Budapest). She has cooperated with such leading investors, funds and developers as Allianz, Atrium European Real Estate, Aviva, CBRE GI, Echo Investment, EPP, Futureal, Griffin RE, Mayland, Meyer Bergman, Pradera, White Star Real Estate and Union Investment.
