Gijs Klomp

has been appointed as CTP’s new head of business development in Romania.

He brings extensive knowledge of the industrial real estate market in Romania, joining the company from CBRE Romania, where he held the position of head of investment properties and was previously head of capital markets. He was also employed by NEPI as investment director and was earlier the managing director of JLL Romania, the head of CEE transactions at CBRE Global Investors, and head of asset management and Romanian managing director of ING Real Estate Investment Management.

Gijs holds an MSc in real estate management from the Eindhoven University of Technology.
