Marc Nelson

Marc Nelson has been appointed executive vice president and will be responsible for long income and funding solutions across the hotels and hospitality group to further broaden services and capitalise on the continuing demand for fixed income opportunities. He will be working alongside market-leading teams in executing trading hotels and portfolio deals as well as a specialist JLL capital markets team focusing on long income and funding solutions. He joins from CBRE’s hotels team where he was director of investment properties and has traded over GBP 1 bln of hotel transactions including the Clayton Hotel Charlemont, COMO Metropolitan Hotel, Premier Inn Westfurry, Maldron Glasgow and 150 Travelodge hotel deals.
