Jiří Stránský

Jiří Stránský has been appointed to the newly created position of head of sustainability. He will be responsible for creating and coordinating solutions for complex ESG strategies and providing a sustainable approach to the environment in accordance with the Green Deal for Europe. He will also consult on energy efficiency and health for buildings as well as BREEAM, LEED and WELL certification. Jiří graduated in Buildings and the Environment from the Czech Technical University in Prague. He is an active member of the Czech Green Building Council and he is an accredited BREAM, LEED and WELL professional. He has previously worked for Ruby Project Management, which was formerly part of the international PM Group, where he was promoted to the head of the sustainability department. He was responsible for the certification of developments that include the Rustonka, the Aspira Business Centre as well as the Mississippi House and the Missouri Park office buildings as well as student rental housing project Domeq II+III and the extension of the Chodov shopping centre. Jiří speaks English German and French and his hobbies include cycling and mountaineering.
