Ede Gulyás

Ede Gulyás has been promoted to country manager following the resignation of Robert Snow. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate, having served 10 years in top managerial positions at many different development and investment companies, Prior to joining GTC, Ede Gulyás was the managing director for CA Immo Hungary and oversaw the company’s successful merger with Europolis. Previously, he managed a commercial real-estate portfolio of more than 10 class A office, retail and industrial properties worth over EUR 500 mln. Ede holds an MBA in Business and Managerial Economics from Budapest’s University of Technology and Economics and a master’s degree from the University of Debrecen. Besides his native Hungarian, he is fluent in English and German.
