Ewa Rostkowska

has been appointed senior consultant in the alternative investments capital markets team and will be responsible for the development of residential property investment strategies, transactional services, development advisory, and residential real estate sale and acquisition advisory. Previously as Head of Research and Business Development at the Austrian-based Alkyon Group, Ewa was responsible for real estate product management and monitoring as well as for reporting economic developments in Central and Eastern Europe. She also focused on product analysis and development for the PRS, PBSA, offices and coworking sectors. Prior to this, she held positions Skanska and Dom Development. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
