Agnieszka Baczyńska

has been appointed head of retail leasing. Previously, she worked for several years as an international leasing director at Neinver. She started her professional career at Apsys Polska as a commercial negotiator, and later joined DTZ Polska as a senior property consultant. For nine years she was employed by Plaza Centers Poland, where, as a leasing department director, she led the leasing processes for all projects in the company’s portfolio in Poland. She also advised on investment processes in the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria and Latvia. In March 2014, she became an associate director at Colliers, where she was responsible for projects by Ikea Centres, Immochan, Carrefour, TK Development and Heitman. Agnieszka is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the University of Łódź, as well as the Polish Academy of Sciences.
