Jakub Bartoszek

has been appointed head of office leasing at GTC. Previously, he was a director at Colliers, responsible for strategic consultancy in the field of flexible space, both on the part of the tenant and the investor. His 17-year experience in the real estate market includes acting as a board member at Business Link, part of the Skanska group. He was responsible for the leasing department for both the Polish and Czech market. He is also experienced in CFA financial analysis and sustainable development, having completed postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Kraków and several other programmes, including at the Saïd Business School (University of Oxford).
