Olga Melihov

has been appointed country head for Romania and will be responsible for the development of new warehouse and logistics projects in the country. She is an experienced manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the CEE commercial real estate sector. She has been managing IB Consulting since 2007. During her professional career, she has been employed by E-Infra Romania, she headed BNP Real Estate Romania as a country manager, and also worked as an international development manager at Mayland Real Estate Poland, where she was responsible for the company’s growth and its communication and marketing activities in Poland and Romania. Olga is a graduate of the University of Bucharest and completed the real estate professional executive postgraduate programme organised by the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and the Polish Council of Shopping Centres. She also completed MBA studies at Tiffin University in the USA.
