Michał Białas

has been appointed head of business development. He will be responsible for the development of the real estate portfolio and tenants, as well as the implementation of the company’s development strategy on key markets. His duties will also include team management, development, project management and leasing. Michał has many years of experience in the real estate sector, specialising in structuring, financing and transaction execution. For the last five years he has been employed by Accolade Group and was a board member of the Accolade SICAV fund. Prior to this, he worked at Bank Zachodni WBK in such positions as director of corporate clients. He is a graduate of IMD, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the Warsaw School of Economics and SWPS University.
