Kata Mazsaroff

has been appointed as the new managing director. Kata was previously employed by the company in 2007–2020, when she was jointly responsible for setting up the occupier services line, which introduced integrated consultancy services for employment and change management to the domestic market. Under her leadership, the department managed projects with an area of ​​250,000 sqm and a lease value of app. EUR 300 mln. She was also previously employed by Horizon Development, where she participated in the process of selling Szervita Square. Later, she moved to Skanska Commercial Development, where she was responsible for leasing and asset management on the Hungarian and Romanian markets.
