Katarzyna Arczyńska-Karpowicz

has joined the commercial real estate leasing department as a leasing manager. Katarzyna started her career in commercial real estate at Mayland during the construction of CH Riviera in Gdynia, and later was employed for eight years by an international consulting company, commercialising, among others, Galeria Szperk in Gdynia, Sopot Centrum, PH Tatary in Lublin. For the last two years, she was the coordinator of the commercialisation department at development company RWS Investment Group. At Cream, she will be responsible, among others, for the leasing of Galeria Askana in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Galeria Świdnicka in Świdnica, premises in Aldi centres in Sopot and Gorzów Wielkopolski, a reconstructed building at the PKS station in Radom, and a retail park in Słupsk.
