Robert Skládal

has joined as a partner and will act as the head of the shopping centre leasing department. He has over 25 years of experience in various segments of the real estate market, including the construction of new shopping centres (leasing strategy and planning, the identification of potential tenants, negotiations), the leasing of existing shopping centres (refurbishment, re-leases) and asset management. Robert has participated in projects with a total area of ​​over 2.5 mln sqm in 2,300 facilities around the world. He has worked in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, India, the UK and the US. He has spent the last two years at Ingka Centres in India, after playing a similar role at Multi Development, and was focused on the leasing of existing shopping centres for Unibail Rodamco and Ingka Centres in Russia.
