Bartosz Clemenz

and his team have joined the real estate department of DWF, where he will become a partner. He has over 20 years of experience in representing and advising major investors in structuring acquisitions, developments and infrastructure projects. The areas of his expertise include: large international transactions in the commercial real estate market, advising developers on large construction projects, lease agreements and legal asset management, transaction structuring, and coordinating the work of lawyers from different jurisdictions in cross-border projects. He also has experience in establishing pioneering public-private partnership (PPP) projects in Poland. Bartosz qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and as a New York State Attorney in 1998. He has been employed by such Polish law firms as Dewey & LeBoeuf / Greenberg Traurig, Salans, Baker & McKenzie. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the University of Houston Law Center.
