Katarzyna Biernacka

has taken the position of chief people officer and is to be responsible for strategic personnel policy and administration. Before joining Antal, she was responsible for the HR department in HB Reavis, prior to which she was employed by Kone with responsibility for both Poland and Ukraine. She has worked with upper management throughout her career and has many years experience of working for international companies where she planned and reorganised structures as well as managed change. She is a trainer in communication skills, teamwork and team management. She supports the development of individual workers by identifying internal barriers.
