Dominik Kalinowski

has taken up the newly-created position of head of outsourcing. He will be responsible for creating and implementing sales procedures and policy for outsourcing services as well as for managing contractors. He has experience in sales and marketing as well as business development and project management, having previously worked for international HR consultancies. He also has experience of launching products on the market and supporting sales promotions.
